75-year-old Niagara Falls man facing child pornography charges

An investigation that started in April led to a 75-year-old Niagara Falls man being charged with child pornography-related offences.

After receiving a complaint regarding “online sexual exploitation of children,” Niagara police searched a home in Niagara Falls and found enough evidence to lead to an arrest.

Joseph Bognar now faces three charges.

He was held in custody after his arrest for a bail hearing today (June 28) at the courthouse in St. Catharines.
