A 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl are missing in the Welland area

Update: Anthony and Jasmine have been located and are safe, police said Thursday evening.

Police are looking for a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl who have gone missing in Welland.

The two children were last seen yesterday (Oct. 23) at approximately 6:45 p.m., in the area of Roach Avenue and Martin Street in the City of Welland.

13-year-old Anthony Tulloch is described as:

  • A white male
  • 5’
  • Possesses a slender build
  • With brown eyes and blonde hair
  • Last seen wearing blue pants with a white stripe and a dark blue winter jacket

14-year-old Jasmine Simmonds is described as:

  • Female
  • 4’10
  • With purple shoulder-length hair

Both local police and the families of the two missing children are deeply concerned for their welfare.

Police are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two individuals to contact Niagara Regional Police Service detectives or to contact Crime Stoppers.
