Ten years after Welland’s lone Taco Bell closed its stand-alone location on Niagara Street, a brand new one is slated to land in the Welland SmartCentres on Woodland Road and Primeway Drive.

While the new location is clearly indicated the Welland SmartCentres website, the management company would offer no details on its potential opening date.

Presently on the map is also the addition of a new Pet Valu franchise, as well as the presently-existing Walmart Superstore (including pharmacy and car centre), a under-expansion Canadian Tire, a Dollar Tree, an LCBO, a Mark’s Work Wearhouse, a SmartStyle Family Hair Salon, a McDonald’s, a Tim Hortons and a Rona.

The SmartCentres mall is a minute off Highway 406 at the Woodland Road exit.
