A St. Catharines man is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant, with police currently searching for him and his two young daughters.
In August, Niagara police detectives began an investigation related to a custody dispute.
“On August 20, 2021, the male subject in this matter contravened a court order and is believed to have left the province with his two daughters, Paige and Alexandra Misener,” said police. “The two daughters are believed to be in the company of their father and not believed to be in danger.”
46 year old St. Catharines man Clayton Misener is wanted on the following charges:
- Disobey Order of The Court Contrary to section 127(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Abduction in contravention of Custody Order contrary to section 282(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Police believe he may be in the Nova Scotia area and operating a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario licence plate CSWH819.
