Classic Car Rally coming to Fort Erie’s Crystal Beach next Saturday

Fort Erie residents may want to set aside next Saturday (October 9) as Crime Stoppers and the Crystal Beach BIA are combining forces to bring some absolute classic cars together for a rally.
Classic car owners will be strutting their beauties through town before landing along Erie Road where car lovers can get an up-close and personal look.
There will be music and prizes all day long. Not to mention hanging at the beach after autumn slowly wafts in.
Back in 2018, Crystal Beach was named one of the Top-50 beaches in North America and among the top 400 beaches in the world, according to 1,000 travel professionals and the website Flightnetwork.com.
“Crystal Beach on Lake Erie is your Caribbean escape in the north! This stunning beach features flawless white sands and crystal-blue waters that will whisk you away to a Caribbean mindset, all the while staying in Canada,” said the website.
“Crystal Beach also features all kinds of creature comforts like boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, bars, and yoga studios.”
The North America list was heavy with exotic locales like Hawaii and Mexico, curated from input from journalists, bloggers and travel agencies. Only one other Ontario beach made the list.
Next weekend, Fort Erie residents can add a Classic Car Rally to that list of local amenities.
