Closures coming along Russell Avenue in St Catharines

St Catharines is telling residents that there will be scheduled water service disruptions on Russell Avenue later today (August 31) that will lead to some closures over the next two days.

The Catherine Street splash pad will close at 5 p.m. today but should reopen Wednesday.

The Russell Avenue Community Centre will be closed all day Wednesday due to the water shutoff.
