Coin and card collection worth $40,000 stolen during Lincoln break-in

A May break-in to a Lincoln man’s homes saw some very valuable collectible cards and coins stolden.
Alerted on May 21, Niagara Police responded to the break-in report and determined that sometime between May 10 and May 21, a suspect got into the home through a basement window.
They then stole a Sentry locked two-foot-by-two-foot safe, as well as a decorative box sitting on top of it.
Both the box and safe were jammed with collector coins, cash, and sports collector cards. The thief also stole alcohol, frozen seafood, and a piece of Swiss Gear carry on luggage.
The owner puts the value of the stolen items at more than $40,000. All stolen cards were stored in their own hard plastic card protector and in excellent condition.
