Progressive Conservative Leader Doug Ford is set to make a pair of stops in Niagara this morning (May 19).

Ford will be speaking at campaign stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake this morning at 10:30 am in support in PC candidate Bob Gale, running in the Niagara Falls-Fort Erie-Niagara-on-the-Lake riding against incumbent, NDPer Wayne Gates.

After that, he will also make a short stop in St. Catharines in support of PC candidate Sal Sorrento, a St. Catharines councillor on leave to campaign against incumbent Jennie Stevens, also from the NDP.

Three of Niagara four seats are held by NDP incumbents – Stevens, Gates and Niagara Centre’s Jeff Burch. Only one Niagara seat, Niagara West, is held by a PC member Sam Oosterhoff.
