Drivers can expect upcoming disruptions along Niagara highways

Niagara drivers may have to look for alternate routes as roadwork will be taking place at several locations along local provincial highways.

This list is for potential disruptions that will begin or ongoing as of this Saturday, Sept. 10

Until September. 10 at 3 p.m., Highway 3 eastbound will have one alternating lane closed at Hendershot Rd., Wellanport Rd. and Wainfleet Township Rd. 39.

Queen Elizabeth Way westbound

Until October 31, the Queen Elizabeth Way westbound will have one left lane closed between Netherby Rd. and Bowen Rd.

Until November 1, the Queen Elizabeth Way westbound will have one right lane closed between Beck Rd. and Sodom Rd.

Until December 1, the Queen Elizabeth Way westbound will have one left lane closed between McLeod Rd. and Lyons Creek Rd.

Queen Elizabeth Way eastbound

Until November 19, the Queen Elizabeth Way eastbound will have one right lane closed between Gilmore Rd. and Bowen Rd.

Until October 31, the Queen Elizabeth Way eastbound will have one left lane closed between Gilmore Rd. and Netherby Rd.

Until December 1, the Queen Elizabeth Way eastbound will have one left lane closed between Lyons Creek Rd. and McLeod Rd.

Until November 1, the Queen Elizabeth Way eastbound will have one right lane closed between Sodom Rd. and Beck Rd.
