It’s not Elvis Presley but if people close their eyes, they might not be able to tell the difference.
Milton native Steve Michaels has already done a few shows as The King of Rock and Roll on the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino Resort but in case music-lovers Can’t Help Falling In Love with him, he’s still got a few nights left to go.
Michael’s show, Return to Grace, takes the audience on an Elvis musical journey through the decades with an American Trilogy featuring the Rockabilly 50s, The Movie Years, The 68 Comeback Special right into the Vegas Years, and the 70s Concert Years.
Considered to be one of the best Elvis tribute artists in the world, Michaels is bringing his Burning Love to the casino stage on July 19 and 20 for 8:30 p.m. shows, and then the curtain falls for the last time on July 21 at 9 p.m.
Niagara Falls resident Adam Craig, born long after Elvis passed in August 1977, caught one of the earlier shows and raved about it on his social media.
“Steve Michaels as Elvis is amazing… the production is crazy. Costumes, background singers, full horn section, full string section, wow!” said Craig. “The set? They had the whole Jailhouse Rock thing going on. His voice was amazing. Unbelievable.”
Tickets are available HERE and if you’re curious about Michaels, here he is singing the King’s 1969 hit, In The Ghetto.
