While many townhouse complexes boast neutrally-designed units, it looks like Niagara Falls will soon be home to a more luxurious development with a slightly more modern and ‘futuristic’ design.

Le Falls, a new project by M5V Developments, is taking shape in the Kalar Road and McLeod Road area. According to the development’s website, the complex will offer 97 townhouse units on eight acres of greenery, with some homes boasting up to five bedrooms and 1,700 square feet of space.

Le Falls’s website says the homes, starting around $849,000, will offer garages, three or more bathrooms, nine-foot ceilings, wood flooring and stone countertops. The homes also come with sleek bathrooms with freestanding tubs, floating vanities and glass-ensconced showers.

The website says the townhomes, which feature unique and contemporary exteriors, will be close to shops, restaurants, and a future mega mall that’s slated to open in 2024.

“The modern design of Le Falls is a juxtaposition to the projects in the area but it’s also a glimpse into the future of Niagara Falls,” the website reads.

Prospective buyers can purchase from a variety of units aptly named after local landmarks, including Le Watermark, Le Skylon, Le Queens Way, Le Fallsview, Le Rainbow, Le Mist and more.

The townhouse complex should be complete by 2026.
