Indoor arena to be shut down this month in Fort Erie

A major indoor arena space within the Fort Erie region will be shut down this month. ‘

In a post to X (formerly Twitter), Fort Erie officials indicated that the Crystal Ridge Arena, a locally favoured ice rink, will be temporarily closed for repairs.

The Crystal Ridge Arena (89 Ridge Rd S) is temporarily closed for repairs and is not available for use. We will provide an update when repairs are completed and the arena is open. pic.twitter.com/hu0vnkweZz

Town officials have noted that — during this time — none of the arena’s amenities will be available for public use. 

At the time of publication, no set timeline has been provided by the municipal representatives, however, updates will be provided as the project moves along.
