A new residential development that will stand at five storeys and boast 51 units is taking shape in Niagara Falls.

According to a listing on livabl.com, the Riverwalk–Niagara Luxury Condos development is under construction at 3779 Macklem Street. Located in the city’s Chippawa area, the building is close to the Welland River (hence the name) and relatively close to the city’s bustling tourist district.

“Situated a mile upriver from the world-renowned Niagara Falls, Chippawa offers an ideal location that’s within proximity to the tourist and entertainment mecca, but is far enough away to avoid the crowds,” the listing reads, adding that residents can easily access the Clifton Hill area, as well as the local resorts and casinos that line Fallsview Boulevard.

Developed by Heller Highwater Developments, the building offers units priced from $574,900 to $1,449,900. Smaller suites are about 800 square feet, and larger units boast up to 1,600.

The development offers a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-den, three-bedroom, and three-bedroom-plus-den units, all of which come with private balconies.

As far as amenities go, the listing says the building will boast a party room, rooftop terrace, bike storage, fitness centre, underground parking, yoga space, barbecue stations, a lounge with a fireplace, fire pits, a main and parcel room, options for RV charging and more.

There will be surveillance cameras at the entrances and in the parking garage.

The building should be move-in ready in 2026.
