A man faces charges after reports on indecent acts in the Niagara Region.
The first report came on July 26 in West Lincoln, Niagara Regional Police said in a press release on Thursday.
A man was reportedly committing indecent acts near the walking bridge at the end of Wade Road, police said. Police said the man exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl.
A silver vehicle was seen in the area and a man fled in the car following the incident, police said.
Then on Aug. 2, police had a second report on the same bridge.
This time the man exposed himself to a 63-year-old woman. A witness took a photo of the licence plate of the silver vehicle and a video of the man before he fled the area.
On Aug. 7, police charged Adam Zbigniew Gluchowski, 34, with two counts of indecent acts and one count of exposure to a person under the age of 16.
Gluchowski was held in custody for a video bail hearing in St. Catharines on Aug. 8.
