Missing 14-year-old last seen walking in Welland, Ontario on Oct. 12

Niagara Regional Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 14-year-old boy last seen on Oct. 12.

Police say Keegan Allard of Welland was reported missing on Oct. 13, a day after he was last seen in the area of Prince Charles Drive.

Allard is described as a white person, approximately 5-foot-7 with a slim build and a shaved head.

Investigators believe Allard is travelling on foot, though his clothing description remains unknown.

It is unclear if Allard is alone or in the company of others.
