Missing St. Catharines teenager has medical condition

A teenager that has gone missing in St. Catharines has a medical condition that requires attention.
A bulletin released by Niagara Regional Police say 16-year-old Grace Johns was last seen on July 19 around 6 p.m. in the area of Carlton St. and Granthan St. in the north end of the city.
She is described as a white female, 5-foot-2, 115 lbs with shoulder length brown hair that may be tied in a pony tail.
Johns was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with black lettering, beige Capri pants, blue running shoes, red rimmed glasses and carrying a blue laundry bag.
She has a medical condition that requires medication and family members are concerned about her welfare.
