Juno Award-winning hard rockers Monster Truck will be on stage at Thorold's Moose and Goose Nightclub for an end-of-summer show on Sept. 15.

When the Moose and Goose Bar & Nightclub in Thorold decided to get a big name for their 35th Anniversary End of Summer blow-out bash, they went monster-sized.

Hard-rocking Hamilton quartet, Monster Truck, will land on stage at the lively nightclub (54 Paul De Divitiis Senior Way), which is popular with college and university students for its live music, party nights, and drink specials.

The show is set for Sept. 15 with the doors opening at 6:45 pm. and with Monster Truck performing, expect the roof to rattle.

Monster Truck is made up of bassist and vocalist Jon Harvey, guitarist Jeremy Widerman, and keyboardist Brandon Bliss with Theo McKibbon filling in on drums following the departure of Steve Kiely over a year ago.

The band won the 2013 Juno Award for Breakthrough Group of the Year after their song, Seven Seas Blues charted in the top ten of both the active rock airplay chart and the alternative rock airplay chart in the spring of 2012.

They have since followed up with ‘monster’-sized hits and Canadian chart-toppers, such as Sweet Mountain River, Don’t Tell Me How to Live and Righteous Smoke.

Tickets start at $54.58 and are available HERE.
