Names of those arrested in Niagara Falls sex trafficking investigation released

Earlier this week, it was reported that the Niagara Regional Police Service, in partnership with additional law enforcement, had arrested 13 individuals surrounding an ongoing human trafficking investigation in Niagara Falls.
Police say they launched an investigation earlier this month targeting persons using the internet to meet in person with young people believed to be offering sexual services.
The arrests were made between Jan. 31 and Feb. 3.
In a recent update, police released the names, ages, and residences of 11 of the 13 individuals charged. The release of this information resulted from a secondary review of the publication ban enacted after the initial arrests were made.
The charges laid include luring a child for the purpose of obtaining sexual services, obtaining sexual services for consideration from a person under 18 years, sexual exploitation of a young person and more.
The names, ages and residences of the 11 accused individuals are:
Saurabh Rudani (31) – Niagara Falls
Allan Choi (51) – Niagara Falls
Edmar Caraang (52) – St. Catharines
Jeet Patel (25) – Thorold
Sivayogan Thanagnanam (50) – Thorold
Nurdin Gulled (23) – Welland
Ahan Shukla (22) – St. Catharines
Kyle Marsh (33) – Windsor
Marc Doucet (44) – St. Catharines
Feroz Khan (37) – Niagara Falls
Jamten Jamyangling (27) – Niagara Falls
The names of the remaining suspects have not yet been disclosed for public record.
The investigation is still ongoing and is being helmed by local police as well as numerous other law enforcement agencies. These departments include the Human Trafficking Unit, ICE Unit, Child Abuse Unit, and Domestic Violence Unit.
The charges have not been proven in court.
No other updates on the investigation have been released at this time.
