REDS Kitchen + Wine Bar, located on the first level of the Fallsview Casino Galleria is an exclusive destination that needs to be added to the top of your must-try list this summer. Brixton Burger: One of REDS’ most popular casual plates is the mile-high Brixton Burger. A fresh Angus beef burger piled with caramelized onions, cremini mushrooms, onion rings, melted Swiss cheese, and topped with horseradish aioli on a fresh baked potato bun.
Mushroom Truffle Flatbread: This flatbread is a perfect starter that is rich in earthy flavours from the combination of roasted cremini mushrooms, caramelized onion, thyme cream, layers of parmesan, cheddar, and brie cheese, drizzled with truffle aioli and finished off with fresh chives.
