Niagara Falls man busted after $59,000 in drugs found in his home

Niagara Police have been watching a Niagara Falls home under suspicion of drug trafficking and when they finally searched it yesterday (June 15), they found a stash worth nearly $59,000.
The police had been watching the house on Dorchester Road near Stamford Green Drive in Niagara Falls and went in with a search warrant yesterday afternoon.
They seized 388.2 grams of fentanyl (street value $56,000), 47.2 grams of cocaine (street value $2,100) and 22.7 grams of crystal meth (street value $800).
Daniel Herbert Varcoe, 44, of Niagara Falls has been charged with two counts of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, one count of possession of crystal meth for the purpose of trafficking, one count of possession of Fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and three count of failing to comply with undertaking.
At the time of his arrest, Varcoe had arrest warrants for the offences of failing to comply with a release order and mischief under $5,000.
He was held in custody to attend a video bail hearing today at the courthouse in St. Catharines
