Niagara Falls trio arrested after police find drugs in home

Two Niagara Falls men and one woman have been charged after Niagara Police went into their home with a warrant and found large amounts of crystal meth and fentanyl.
The police had been watching the house in the Waters Avenue and Bonnie Street area for a while before going in on March 5 and finding 8.2 grams of crystal meth (street value of $820), 4.1 grams of fentanyl (street value of $1,230), $420 in crime cash and a number of goo that had been stolen in recent commercial break and enters in the area.
Kaitlynn Madill, 25, of Niagara Falls was charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. She was released pending a future court date.
Joseph Cavanaugh, 46, of Niagara Falls was charged with two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen goods under $5,000 and possession of stolen goods over $5,000.
Andrew Edwards, 38, of Niagara Falls was charged with 11 counts of break and enter and one count of possession of stolen goods under $5,000.
Both men were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
