Bing Han from Niagara Falls is wanted by York Regional Police in connection with a kidnapping.

A Niagara Falls woman is still on the run after York Police arrested three others in connection with a kidnapping.

Bing Han, 44, is being sought after police found a woman being held against her will inside a Markham hotel.

York Police received a call on April 14 from police in Montreal telling them of a woman who they believed may have been kidnapped.

The victim, who has been found unharmed, was coerced into borrowing money from a company she knew provided large loans.

The police reported that she had been gambling with a female suspect who suggested she take a loan to bankroll the bets. However, when she lost it all at the gaming tables, she was held against her will by four people demanded payment.

On April 15, York Police found her in a hotel and charged 37-year-old Shichao Dong, 26-year-old Zeping Gao, and 23-year-old Zhipu Dong each with one count of kidnapping.

Dong also faces charges for possession of a firearm, careless storage of a firearm, careless storage of ammunition, and unauthorized possession of device or ammunition.

Han remains at large and York Police are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 1-866-876-5423, ext. 7241.
