The Niagara IceDogs have new ownership (including Wayne Gretzky), new management, a new coach and even a few new players.
Now they have a new arena. Well, for one game, anyway.
The squad will hop a bus from their usual digs at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines and head down Highway 406 to the Port Colborne Vale Health and Wellness Centre on September 5.
The one-time match will feature the IceDogs taking on the Windsor Spitfires with all proceeds going to the Port Colborne Wave Girl’s Hockey and the Canadian Forces Soldier On program.
Tickets are available as of today (July 14) and fans can get them at the Vale box office Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or by visiting the Wave website HERE.
