Niagara-on-the-Lake resident wakes up to truck in unfinished pool

That’s not what carpool means…
While the Niagara Police have yet to release a report or update on the situation, a Niagara-on-the-Lake resident woke up to an abandoned pick-up truck in his unfinished in-ground swimming pool this morning (July 27).
The incident happened at a home on Concession 7 Rd near Niagara Stone Road.
As visible in the photos, first posted on news website Niagara 411, there are no plates on the truck, leading many posters to believe it was stolen. Regardless of whether that’s the case – and the police have yet to issue a report – the suspect(s) fled on foot.
