Niagara Police believe that the same suspect broke into two St Catharines stores a half hour apart to rob both.
On September 26, officers went to the U BREAK I FIX store in the Fourth Avenue and First Street Louth area after an alarm had gone off.
Investigating it, they realized at 3:30 am, a vehicle had backed up to the storewhen a man got out and broke the front window. He then stole multiple items and cash before taking off in a gray sedan.
A half hour later, officers were called to the Metro Cell Store in the Glendale Avenue and Glengarry Road area for a second break and enter call.
Again, it was broken into by a man who stole over $8,000, iPhones and cameras and again, the suspect left in a grey sedan eastbound on Glendale Avenue toward the northbound 406 ramp.
Police believe the suspect is the same in both incidents and are seeking the public’s help in identifying the male suspect.
He is described as male, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with Michael Jordan logo on front with the hood up, black handkerchief mask and gloves. Photos are below.
