Certainly not an easy theft but Niagara Police are on the hunt for a stolen 2017 Bobcat MT55 from Grimsby.

The Bobcat (photo below) was stolen from the Peach Tree Lane and Katherine Street area just past 4:30 am on July 14.

The suspect description is thin at best – “possibly being” a male, wearing dark clothing and short hair.

However, the vehicle (photo below) is a black pickup truck that has been modified with cab lights, big tires and was towing a large dump trailer with high sides.

The stolen Bobcat is a red and white skid loader with forks on the front with the Bobcat logo on the side and may have a “Niagara Outdoor Landscaping” sticker. It’s worth approximately $19,100.

Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives by calling 905-688-4111, extension 1009336.
