Niagara Region sees 28 new COVID-19 cases and another death today

And right back up it goes. After a few days of low numbers, Niagara Region posted 28 new cases of Covid-19 today (October 21). The region also saw another death in the hospital last night.
With 10 cases resolved, it pushed the region up to 138 active cases after dropping a three-month low of 122 yesterday.
St Catharines continues to be the case-leader with 65 cases (more than 47 per cent of the entire region). Niagara Falls is next with 20 while Grimsby trails that at 16.
The remaining nine municipalities range from zero cases in Pelham and Niagara-on-the-Lake up to nine on Welland.
