The animals aren’t the only thing that are going to be wild at Safari Niagara next month.
The tourist attraction is holding a special night with three hard-rocking tribute bands playing the same stage for four and a half hours on July 15 from 6:30 to 11 pm.
Opening the show will be Van Halen tribute band, Van Halen Invasion, with songs from both the David Lee Roth era, as well as the time of the Red Rocker himself, Sammy Hagar.
Following them will be Just Leppard with their ultimate and note-perfect tribute to Def Leppard. The band hails from Sudbury and in the 1990s, Def Leppard was headed to their home town for a concert. The opening act had to cancel so the promoter called the local radio station and asked who could quickly fill in. Their band, Terra Cain, was suggested “and the opportunity for opening for our rock and roll idols in our hometown became a reality.”
The whole night with all three bands is just $24.95 with parking included (2821 Stevensville Rd) but the organizers are warning that tickets are selling fast. “Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this unforgettable night!”
Get tickets HERE before they’re gone. There will be a second tribute concert night on August 11 with acts performing Queen, Stevie Ray Vaughan and The Eagles.
