Three Fort Erie residents busted with stolen trailer, riding lawn mower

Three Fort Erie residents were charged yesterday (September 22) after a trailer, a John Deere riding mower and assorted power tools went missing from a Ridgeway area home the night before.
On a routine patrol, a Niagara Police detective spotted that same trailer and mower in the driveway of a Highland Avenue home. A search warrant was quickly obtained and once they got inside, they seized the trailer, mower plus the assorted tools.
Richard Ronald Kinsella, 43, and Felicia M. Lyrette, 35, both of Fort Erie have been charged with possession of stolen property.
Eric Michael Hagen, 52, of Fort Erie was also charged with possession of stolen property and failing to comply with probation.
