Last week, we looked at the Top-5 least expensive homes sold in Niagara Region over the past month so let’s flip the script and check out the Top-5 most expensive homes.
The sales prices of these five upper-tier offerings ran from $1,250,000 up to $1,795,000.
3141 Niagara River Pkwy, Fort Erie
This 2,500 to 3,000 square foot detached bungalow hit the market on May 4 with an asking price of $1,799,000 and sold three days later for $1,795,000. Sitting on a huge 142.4 feet by 337.5 feet lot, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom house has parking for 11 cars.
2 Applewood Crescent, Grimsby
This three-bedroom, four bathroom, two-storey detached went on the market for $1,595,995 on May 2 and sold exactly a week later for $1,590,000, roughly $6,000 under asking. Sitting on a 93.54 feet by 120 feet, the interior is estimated to be 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and it has parking for eight vehicles.
3750 Kalar Rd, Niagara Falls
This four-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-storey detached was put on the market for $1,378,000 on May 3 and sold two days later for an even $1,300,000. Sitting on a 70 feet by 151.38 feet lot, the interior is estimated to be 2,000 to 2500 square feet and there’s parking for six vehicles.

This two-bedroom, four-bathroom detached was put on the market for $1,278,000 on May 12 and sold later the same day for the asking price. Sitting on a 77.1 feet by 150 foot lot, the interior is estimated to be 2,000 to 2500 square feet and there’s parking for eight vehicles.

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom two storey detached was put on the market for $1,399,900 on May 12 and sold later the same day for $1,250,000. Sitting on a 55.25 feet by 84.82 feet lot, the interior is estimated to be 3,837 square feet and there’s parking for six vehicles.
