A popular festival that calls itself Niagara’s best Food & Drink Festival–and one that boasts the world’s largest Caesar bar–is coming to Lincoln’s Vineland community this weekend.

The fourth annual SIP Niagara Food and Drink Festival will kick off in Charles Daley Park on Saturday, Oct. 5 and wrap up at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6.

The event will be held in a 22.5-acre lakeside park known for its creeks and beaches, and will feature food from local vendors, drinks (think wine, beer, cider, spirits and cocktails), live music and more.

As far as music goes, the event will feature performances from LMT Connection (who will celebrate 35 years of funk from around the world) and Moonlight Desires, a band known for its 80s covers.

The Eastside Edits DJs will also be on hand to provide musical entertainment throughout the festival.

The event’s website suggests there will be no shortage of food, with attendees able to check out and indulge in food truck fare, barbecue, a raw bar, oysters, wings, burgers, tacos, pizza, charcuterie, candy, perogies, poutine, sausages, gourmet and street food, paninis, fried chicken and more.

One highlight of the event is the Caesar bar. According to organizers, the bar will feature 206 different ingredients (hot sauces, pickles, seasonings, spices, herbs, toppings and more) and a Caesar VIP lounge. This year, it will also feature a Raspberry Point oyster bar and a Wing UP DIY wing bar.

The event will also feature SIP spaces, including the aforementioned Caesar bar, SIPToberfest (which will feature beer, cider, perogies and sausages), SIPStage, SIPBeach, The Lodge (called “a true Canadian shaving experience while sipping”) and a game zone with drinks and prizes.

“Pair up your SIPS with yummy bites from local restaurants and chefs all while feeling the vibe with live bands, DJs [and] and check out the festivities with some of the coolest activations: SIP SPACES,” the event’s website reads.

The website also says the Prime Video series The Gastro Guru will be filming an episode during the festivities.

Parking is free and general admission tickets cost $25.

The event is 19+.
